Spent the New Year at a charming hotel with great activities on offer. Enjoyed how spacious and comfortable the rooms were. the minibar was included which was a nice touch. the hotel's surroundings were absolutely breathtaking, and the friendly staff made my stay even better. the hotel is conveniently located near some great local attractions and restaurants.

Room cleaning left a lot to be desired. During my three-night stay, the room was only tidied once, trash was emptied, but not the bed linen changed.

I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the spacious and clean rooms to the inclusive minibar. Additionally, the location in the mountains provided breathtaking views and a peaceful environment. The staff at the front desk were not only friendly but also spoke excellent English, making check-in and any requests effortless.

Despite these positives, there is room for service improvement. We were disappointed that our room was not cleaned daily, and had to ask for basic amenities like shower gel and toilet paper.

this did not detract from the luxurious experience of this venue, which offered exclusive amenities such as a private Spa & wellness centre, Jacuzzi and leisure/TV room.

The hotel has a beautiful design and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable, which allowed us to fully relax during our stay. Our room was not cleaned daily and we had to ask for basic items like toilet paper and shower gel after two days. The breakfast provided was not up to par with the price of the room, leaving us underwhelmed.
